Who are FSS?

FSS are the UK’s most successful sales trainers in the furniture industry.

Their clients include high street names including Sofology, Oak Furnitureland and Wren Kitchens.

The business enables brands to grow sales through in-person and online training programmes.

Furniture Sales Solutions design challenge

The challenge

FSS needed a brand refresh and digital presence that reflects the problems it solves for its customers.

The new look had to reflect its credibility and history, but also its energy and performance focus.

This was largely a blank canvas project as the business did not have a fully developed set of brand guidelines and only had a very basic website.

The solution

We ran a successful project together which included:

A strategy workshop to build a strong mutual understanding of the brand.
A design sprint to establish the principles of how the brand should be developed.
A managed build process with sign off of each section of the new website in turn.
A new enterprise-level website and CMS with a lifespan of 3+ years.
An interactive scorecard tool to assist with lead generation.
Marketing campaigns to direct highly targeted traffic to the website.
Ongoing support post-launch to make sure the website is performing as expected.
