In addition to rapid 1 hour response times during working hours, clients now have the peace of mind of knowing that support is available outside working hours as well - 24/7, 365 days a year.

Prices for our Premium Hosting and Support services have remained unchanged since 2015. During that time, we have absorbed a number of price increases related to delivering these invaluable services. It has now become necessary to pass a small proportion of those increased costs to our clients, however the benefits of the service we provide still significantly outweigh the investment that our clients make in it.
