About Our Agency

Bespoke is an Investors in People accredited digital agency building websites and digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for B2B clients.

We’ve been around for over 20 years and are based at the new £8.4m Strawberry Fields Digital Hub off the M61 near Chorley, and settled into hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in office, and flexible start and finish times.

We’re a close-knit team of 12 looking to hire a new Digital Production Coordinator who'll take ownership of providing estimates for website amendments to clients, booking work in and managing the daily and weekly schedules for our website production team.

Some background on this role

  • You’ll own 3-5 key client accounts and will generate online leads for them against a monthly target you've agreed with them

  • You'll be part of a 4-person team doing the same so you'll be able to share best practice, wins and ideas to support one another

  • Training for the role is provided - we've been doing this for 20-years so know what makes this role run successfully and smoothly

  • Your week will include building and optimising your campaigns, monitoring and improving performance and at the end of the month, meeting your client to report in your results and agree next steps with them

  • The role suits somebody organised, thorough, methodical, who’s a very good communicator and who enjoys multitasking and an active role

Skills & experience for this role:

  • You'll be experienced with some common digital marketing tactics.

  • For example, paid social, google paid, SEO, CRO, digital PR or email marketing.

  • If you’ve experience around usability, user experience and site architecture this will really help you as you drive targeted traffic to your client's website.

  • You'll be familiar with popular digital marketing tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager.

  • You won't need to be an expert in all the digital marketing tactics mentioned here, but will be an expert in some.

About the opportunity:

  • The agency is 20-years old and currently in its most successful phase with very good performance in 2020 and 2021.

  • We've been close to fully booked for around 18-months and have web projects booked in several months ahead at the moment.

  • In 2022 the agency will grow slightly with a couple of additions our team and there are other exciting developments in the pipeline for next year too.

  • The trend is that each quarter we are working with bigger clients on better projects so are on a consistent upward curve each year.
