Purpose Of This Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Bespoke, you’ll be responsible for delivering organic SEO and PPC results for clients. This will be alongside account management of 3-5 key accounts, where you will own the digital marketing strategy and be responsible for the leads generated.

You’ll use your experience and skill with SEO and PPC to increase the visibility of your clients in the places and searches that matter most to their target customer. You’ll become passionately knowledgeable about their target customers’ needs. You’ll know where those target customers will be, what they’ll be searching for and which kind of phrases will grab their attention.

This role is important because the results our digital marketing delivers influences whether clients renew with Bespoke and recommend Bespoke to others or not.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a proven marketer with at least 3 years of commercial experience and as an SEO & PPC specialist on the team, your superpower will be keyword research. You’ll understand how this underpins the success of any organic or paid search campaign, setting the aim so your future efforts hit the spot. You’ll be able to understand the intent behind searches and that at times, more leads can come from less traffic, if it’s the right traffic.

Once the foundation is set, you’ll love getting websites in order so the on-page and technical factors are optimised. You’ll brief colleagues so that the right content is on each page. You’ll use your skills to build links, knowing that quality matters more than quantity.

As well as search marketing, you’ll be able to use your analytical thinking to build, monitor and optimise great paid social campaigns.

Your Key Skills / Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong examples of results delivered through SEO (on-page and off-page)
  • Proven results from paid search and/or paid social

Additional marketing skills are advantageous, but the core focus of this role is SEO & PPC.

If you’re experienced with one PPC platform but are keen to learn others, we’re happy to help you learn.
